Welsh Adm. Building - Human Resources New Roller Shades

Vincennes University, (hereinafter called the “Owner”), invites proposals for NEW ROLLER SHADES for the Human Resources Office in the Matthew W. Welsh Administration Building on the campus of Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana, on the bid form attached hereto, all blanks of which must be appropriately filled in. Proposals may be faxed, emailed or hand delivered to the Office of Architectural Services and Facilities, 817 N. Second Street, Vincennes, Indiana, by 2:00 PM EST (local time), on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following:

New Electric Roller Shades in the Human Resources Office of the Mathew W. Welsh Administration Building.

The Roller Shade Contractor shall provide all materials associated with the complete installation of the electric roller shades and control switches as specified on the attached drawings and per the following information included in this cover letter.

Please use the included Bid Form, along with a completed MBE-WBE-VBE Participation Report, when submitting your Proposal. Also include a separate detailed description of the scope and limitation of the project on your company’s letter head.
