Furniture for New Center for Health Sciences

Vincennes University, (hereinafter called the “Owner”), invites proposals for Furniture at the New Center for Health Sciences at Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana, on the bid form attached hereto, all blanks of which must be appropriately filled in. Proposals may be faxed, emailed or hand delivered to the Office of Architectural Services and Facilities, 817 N. Second Street, Vincennes, Indiana, by 11:00 AM local time, on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

New furniture for the new Center for Health Sciences as indicated on the attached Documents. Vendor to validate specifications and options, including appropriate casters and glides.

Vendor shall field verify all existing conditions prior to installation. For site visit, contact Jeremy Wild at 812-888-5309 or jwild@vinu.edu for access to the site. Vendor is responsible for understanding access to the building and job site conditions in which furniture and equipment is to be delivered and installed. Vendor is responsible to stay involved with building construction schedule as not to incur any storage fees.
