Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following:
The complete removal & replacement of existing door card reader security system. Project scope also includes the installation of data cabling for building security cameras, installation of data cabling for FAA training security cameras, and the installation of data cabling for wireless access points.
While Contractor shall coordinate schedule with Owner, to accommodate building occupants, no overtime or premium time work will be needed.
Please include the following documents when submitting Proposal.
• Bid Form, as attached herein;
• MBE-WBE-VBE Participation Report, as attached herein;
• Detailed description of the scope & limitation of the project, on bidding company’s letterhead;
• Anticipated project schedule, with major milestones listed, on bidding company’s letterhead.
